See below for a bird’s eye view of the Kaimanawa Descent and the additional ‘trail to paradise’ ride. 

After exploring alpine and native bush landscapes on the Kaimanawa Descent, add an extra 5km to finish your ride at our luxury glamping accommodation. 

Kick back and enjoy a warm shower or an outdoor bath under the stars, next to the cosy fire.

Our glamping site, alongside the Waipakahi River, is the ideal spot to catch the late afternoon sun. The 30m2 accommodation has two bedrooms

• Master with one queen double bed
• The second room has one set of bunk beds and an extra single

It sleeps up to five people and includes a kitchen, dining area and deck with a barbecue. Find everything you need to relax, unwind and savour the day’s great ride.

After transporting you and your bike to the trailhead, our pilot will deliver your luggage and food to our glamping site, ready for your arrival.

Prices include the helicopter pick-up at the end of your stay.
